Bagi saya pohon adalah sang penyedia sekaligus guru yang hening. Kehadirannya seringkali tak disadari oleh kita sebagai mahluk hidup yang konon paling sempurna. Padahal sang pohon mengajarkan banyak hal meski tak pernah terucap lantang. Manusia kerap enggan menghormati pohon padahal dari sanalah sumber nafas kehidupan. Karena pohon kita beroleh oksigen dan beroleh kesempatan menghirup udara bersih. Di saat teriknya matahari, pohon menjadi naungan bagi manusia untuk berteduh. Tak ada mahluk yang lebih hijau di dunia selain pohon. Sesungguhnya pohon adalah dekorasi semesta yang terindah dan paling alami di planet bumi ini. Karenanya marilah kita mulai mendengarkan pohon, selain menanam tentunya. Agar kita dapat belajar untuk tumbuh menjadi akar, batang & daun sebuah pohon sehingga pada akhirnya mampu menghasilkan buah yang baik. Dari buah yang baik akan melahirkan biji pohon yang baik. Begitulah seterusnya agar kehidupan terus mengalir serta berlanjut.

For me the tree is the provider and silent teacher. Its presence is often not realized by us as the most perfect creature. Whereas the tree teaches many things though never spoken aloud. People often do not respect the tree even though its existence is very important to life. Because the trees we get pure oxygen, because the trees we also breathe clean air. In the heat of the sun or the swift rain, sometimes we are often sheltered under the shade of trees. There is no more green thing in the world than a tree. Truly the tree is the most beautiful and natural universe decoration on planet earth. So let’s start listening to the tree. Besides planting of course. So that we can learn to grow into roots, stems & leaves of a tree so that in the end it is able to produce good fruit. From good fruit will give birth to a good tree seed. So it goes on to keep life flowing and continuing.
